Please read on to find out about the webinar services being provided by the Bromley Mental Health and Well being Service for Children and young people during Summer 2021

Bromley mental health and emotional well-being services for children and young people are running a series of free webinars for young people. The three topics being covered are anxiety, worry and low mood.

This is a universal offer so all young people can sign up regardless of whether they are already with our service. To find out information more please click on this link; where you can read on for more details.

Alternatively parents and carers can search for 'Bromley Y Eventbrite' which is where all of the webinars are listed.https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/bromley-y-31612643251

Young people can sign up for the one that is most relevant for them or attend all three. Each session will include psychoeducation, normalising, discussion and strategies to try and practise.

The webinars will be held over Microsoft teams and all interaction is through the chat function so young people do not need to have their cameras or mics on. They can come along and just listen if they wish!

The service will also be adding summer dates to their parent webinars on Helping Children with Fears and Worries, as well as the transition from Primary to Secondary School for any incoming Year 7 parents.
